These units offer extremely fast motor-reducer assembly and feature a completely self-aligning coupling that eliminates the need for a slot in the flange. Developed for food processing applications, the QC700 Series is the first washdown-friendly NEMA coupling-mount speed reducer in its class.

Bost-Kleen and Stainless Bost-Kleen speed reducers: robust enough to handle the most caustic and high pressure washdown, strong enough to go 24/7, and priced so they won't break the bank! The performance will impress you!

The PosiVent® features a unique pressure equalization system designed to keep water, washdown solution and other contaminants out of gearboxes in food processing applications. With this patent-pending design, gearbox failure associated with contaminants such as bakery dust entering and breaking down lubricants and causing premature failure is prevented.

Many beverage applications require the equipment to be frequently washed with high pressure cleaning solutions. These conditions often lead to early electric motor failure even with the best sealed design. The plastic Dynatork air motor is corrosion resistant, can operate underwater and run with water in the compressed air. The fully plastic and stainless piston motor is ideal for use in wet corrosive bottling washdown environments.

Caustic washdown solutions can cause corrosion and eventual failure in food processing applications such as meat and poultry. That’s why Warner Electric developed a line of all stainless steel clutches and brakes. These units, featuring 400 series stainless steel bearings, are robust enough to handle the most hostile washdown environments and tough enough to perform 24/7.

Even in the most demanding environments, Warner Electric’s Washdown Electro Pack Clutch/Brakes (EP-W) will weather the storm. Designed specifically for use in food, sanitary or any other washdown application, these packaged clutch/brakes are totally enclosed in smooth, completely sealed, rugged enclosures to keep wear particles in and contaminants out.

Kilian custom bearings and assemblies set the standard for cost-effective performance—as part of our basic offering or through special designs developed to meet specific food processing requirements. Our unique ability to combine bearings with other components into integrated unit assemblies provides you with greater value.

Whether you clean your equipment with air, water, or a mild solution, many clutch/brakes may not weather the storm. Warner Electric's Enclosed Unimodule Washdown series (EUM-W) represents the latest in clean, quiet, motion control technology, with sealed enclosures to keep wear
particles in and contaminants out.

These actuators incorporate a patented in-line load transfer design which provides high load capability for rugged-duty use, efficient power use, compact package size, excellent corrosion and washdown protection, and high performance synthetic lubrication for life, all at an affordable price.

Warner Electric’s Unimodule Clutch/Brake modules provide the ultimate in application versatility, from rapid cycling and accurate positioning, to soft controlled starts and stops. These modules come completely pre-assembled, pre-aligned, and pre-burnished at the factory for maximum performance right out of the box.

Sure-Flex is a TB Wood's original! Sure-Flex Couplings utilize a rubber (EPDM or Neoprene) or Hytrel™ thermoplastic flex element (sleeve) to transmit torque and accommodate shaft misalignments. Sure-Flex couplings have exceptional torsional flexibility, and the
4-way flexing action absorbs virtually all types of shock, vibration, misalignment, and
end float. Sure-flex couplings are an excellent choice when low cost, high flexibility, vibration damping, and easy installation are primary concerns.
